Spring Cup FRC 2025 is a cycling competition organized by the Romanian Cycling Federation, which returns in March after a few years.

competition consists of three identical stages, in circuit format, as:
Stage 1 - 09 March 2025
Stage 2 - 16 March 2025
Stage 3 - 23 March 2025
The route is made up of a 1700m tour to several times depending on the competition category. The route is closed to road traffic being in the parking lot of the Red Dragon complex in Bucharest. The route can undergo small changes that will be communicated in time on the event page and at | the technical meeting of each stage. The route will be delimited in the arrival area and in corners with protective fences and orientation arrows. Any cutting of the route by the competitors will lead to their disqualification. Throughout the route of the competition, the supply of athletes is forbidden. In the starting area, a technical space will be organized where the teams will be able to store the spare wheels and bikes. Changing the bicycle and/or wheels outside the technical area leads to disqualification of the athlete.
